about

Mandible Judy began as a glomag release in 2019 as a compendium of pieces of music he had written for no particular film. In conceiving a music video for Fish People, he came up with a loose back story that slipped into a bigger idea about a small town in the northeastern US where something vaguely Lovecraftian was afoot. This soon became the treatment for an audio drama podcast which has been ongoing since Fall 2019 and which can be found at mandiblejudy.com and all major streaming services.

With the podcast came a renewed commitment to writing creepy horror themes and underscore. With Season 3 complete, we thought it high time to release these as a single work. "Bel Vey Ra" and "Or Latt Seen" are 'by' Andelusion, the goth group in the story. Vocals for those tracks are by Corset Lore.

Thank you to all the listeners of Mandible Judy, the "marshfolk" as it were, and to our generous supporters at patreon.com/mandiblejudy. Thank you to the amazing cast of the series, who have happily given time to bring the story to life. Special thanks to Tamara Yadao, aka Corset Lore for her invaluable assistance from the beginning.
